The Opportunity…  

We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead our client’s marketing efforts. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy designed to drive revenue growth and brand visibility across multiple business lines.

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless campaign execution while managing the marketing budget to maximize results. Leading a diverse and talented team, you’ll have the opportunity to influence key initiatives related to customer acquisition, sales growth, and overall brand expansion.

The Role…  
  • Driving Growth & Revenue: Create and implement strategies to boost brand awareness, increase student enrollment, and accelerate company growth. Focus on identifying opportunities and using performance-based channels such as incentives, CRM, subscriptions, and loyalty programs to drive revenue.
  • Campaign & Content Leadership: Lead a team of marketers to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, email, and SEO, ensuring strong content marketing that aligns with growth objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze marketing performance data to measure success and optimize strategies. Use A/B testing and data insights to continuously improve marketing efforts and track ROI.
  • Lead Generation & Customer Segmentation: Develop strategies to attract new students, donors, and customers. Use customer segmentation and automation tools to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Brand Building & Partnerships: Strengthen the brand’s identity across all channels and seek strategic partnerships to expand the organization's reach.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI while ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor the marketing team, promoting creativity and collaboration. Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
  • Revenue Focus: Drive revenue through effective marketing campaigns for student enrollment, fundraising, and sales for the organization’s ventures, including its for-profit businesses.

  • Experienced: 5-7 years in marketing with a focus on growth and digital strategies, including leadership experience.
  • Strategic Leader: Skilled in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives and building effective teams.
  • Project Manager: Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset, adept at managing marketing projects from start to finish.
  • Budget Manager: Experienced in handling marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.
  • Data Analyst: Proficient in analyzing marketing data with tools like Excel and other analytics software to inform strategy.
  • Marketing Software User: Familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and marketing automation platforms.
  • Social Media & Email Expert: Deep understanding of managing both organic and paid marketing efforts across platforms like Google, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and email.
  • Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely in English.
  • Team Leader: Strong leadership abilities to mentor and develop a diverse marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
