They are seeking a Senior BA/PM, Digital Assets to lead overall delivery efforts for the company’s flagship platform and data services offerings. This position is based in Singapore and reports to the Product Lead       The role    This role involves defining and documenting business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment, and supporting product development by translating needs into technical specifications and managing requirement changes. It also requires expertise in financial instruments and emerging technologies like blockchain, along with driving process improvements to enhance development workflows and team collaboration.    Define, document, and validate business requirements to align with strategic objectives and key performance indicators. Develop comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flow to support the requirements. Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of priorities and requirements. Facilitate workshops and meetings with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and communicate progress. Work with engineering teams to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Partner with QA teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure features are thoroughly tested. Provide ongoing clarifications and manage requirement updates throughout the development process. Apply knowledge of financial instruments such as loans, structured products, and credit products to guide platform development. Stay informed on trends in RWA tokenization, blockchain, and distributed ledger technologies to support innovation. Identify opportunities for process improvements in platform development. Advocate for and implement best practices in documentation, communication, and cross-team collaboration.       And you… Over 10 years of experience in delivery, business analysis, or project management, with at least 5 years in capital markets, banking, asset management, or fintech platforms. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Business Management, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of pre-and post-trade workflows for one or more asset classes. Strong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Proven track record of managing medium-scale, complex projects, particularly those involving industry-wide collaboration and cross-functional teams, especially in technology. Exceptional attention to detail. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills. PMP or similar certifications are a plus. On top of this project, I was also involved in a few of the global senior hires, including the SVP of Global Strategy.

On a personal front, I am a certified yoga instructor having graduated from Marianne Wells Yoga School in Costa Rica and I also volunteer at dog shelters in the region when I have the time! I am a serious dog mama with two rescues, Hunden and Brownie.
