The Role
Reporting to the VP, you will be leading a number of accounts while guiding junior teams mates. You will also be responsible for nurturing and building client relationship with both new and existing clients.
Account management
• Independently run the accounts ensuring that deliverables are being met enriched with regular creativity and strategic counsel
• Manage Quarterly & Monthly Communications Roadmaps
• Account Review
• Provide guidance to junior team members
• Support senior account/BU leads in creating and maintaining accurate and timely records for financial reporting
Content development
• Provide strategic guidance to the team on content ideas for both traditional and social media
• Conceptualize content themes based on clients’ priorities, closely aligning with industry hot topics
• Develop social media content plan
• Support the development of PR and integrated campaigns by recommending suitable media angles and targets
Media relations
Pitch media interviews and coordinate all arrangements to completion (face-to-face, phone, others)
• Develop and finalize email interview or commentary submissions
• Host media at events and facilitate all media engagements
• Actively develop pool of media contacts and mine insights and opportunities
Client relations
• Build and maintain relationship with the client thereby earning their confidence and trust through creativity
• Provide client counsel on themes and campaigns, as well as industry insights
• Lead all strategic conversations with clients
New business development
• Provide significant contribution in new business development by conceptualizing the overall theme, campaigns and narratives
• Provide guidance and direction for research required in proposal development

• Integrated PR Communications professional with excellent writing, editing and media pitching skills
• Ability to plan and strategize accounts while collaborating with seniors and juniors accordingly.
• Manage project across teams (media, digital, content) to deliver client programs smoothly
• Stakeholder management and strong communicator (written and verbal)
• Ability to build, and nurture relationships
• Problem Solver, Goal-oriented, ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Meticulous and detail oriented.
• Strong leadership / teamwork qualities to guide juniors
• Self-motivated & creative thinker
• 6 to 7 years of experience, preferably in agency
