The Opportunity…
Step into a pivotal role as a Sales Specialist, where you’ll be the first hire in the sales function of a growing organization. This is your chance to shape the foundation of a sales strategy while driving growth across multiple brands.
The Role…
As a key contributor, you’ll:
- Drive Sales: Lead initiatives to boost enrollments, secure donations, and promote product sales across multiple brands.
- Engage Customers: Connect with customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their needs, close sales, upsell, and retain loyalty.
- Leverage Technology: Use HubSpot CRM to manage customer data, track activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with marketing and product teams to align efforts, develop sales materials, and enhance customer journeys.
- Deliver Results: Monitor sales performance, optimize strategies, and exceed targets through upselling, cross-selling, and customer feedback.

- Has a Customer-Centric Personality: You light up conversations with your vibrant energy, bringing a ray of sunshine to every interaction and leaving customers with a smile.
- Experience: At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience in any industry.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Excel and experienced with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Resourceful and Responsive: You think on your feet, solve problems efficiently, and always keep the customer at the heart of what you do.
- Collaborative Spirit: A team player who works seamlessly across functions to create a positive customer journey.
- Communication Skills: Well-spoken, eloquent, and articulate, with a natural ability to build rapport. Bonus if you can communicate in Bahasa, but this is not required.
