Their current focus includes offering innovative solutions in areas such as funds, credit, and structured products, with plans to expand in response to market needs. They operate two flagship platforms that provide comprehensive services for data management, tokenization, asset servicing, and fund settlement infrastructure.
The opportunity
They have recently secured Series A funding from major financial institutions and is now poised for its next phase of growth. They are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager (Digital Assets & Data Services) leading overall delivery efforts for the company’s flagship platform and data services offerings. The role is responsible for overseeing successful delivery of projects within the firm and requires management of cross-functional teams (technology, business, operations, legal).

The role
This role involves overseeing project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and budget adherence. Key responsibilities include project leadership, coordinating between business units and vendors, managing project risks, and supporting Agile methodologies. The role also includes vendor and stakeholder management, financial oversight, and implementing company-wide processes to optimize delivery.
And you…
- 10+ years experience in delivery/project management with at least 5 years in capital markets/banking, asset management or fintech platforms
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in CS, IT, Finance, Business management or similar fields
- Strong understanding of Agile & scrum methodologies
- Strong track record in management of medium scale, complex projects (especially with industry-wide collaboration) across cross-functional teams (especially technology)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- PMP and/or other relevant certifications are a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
