The Opportunity…
As a Social Media Content Producer you will support the Digital and Content portfolilo to achieve company's vision by planning and creating highly engaging content for the social media channels.
You will focus on using data and insight to develop a roadmap of social media content that directly links to our client's users’ needs. You will use existing audience insights, social listening, online trends, competitor research and co-production with the community to develop an innovative roadmap of content.
The Role…
Social Media Content Creation
- Create and publish engaging social media posts, repurposing content for maximum impact across different platforms.
- Boost digital engagement by testing and optimizing various content formats like reels and stories.
- Design and produce visuals for social media, including videos, reels, graphics, GIFs, and photography.
- Create video content, including filming, editing, and hosting instagram live sessions with experts.
- Attend and support video shoots as needed.
- Write attention-grabbing copy to raise awareness, support the community, and drive traffic to our website.
- Contribute to the ongoing management of the organisational social media content calendar
- Develop social media content plans for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube. and TikTok, aligning business and channel goals with the users’ needs
- Coordinate the co-production of social media content with our community through workshops, interviews and call-outs
- Use insights, data and your creativity to produce multi-channel social media plans that support the delivery of our projects and campaigns
- Keep up with the latest social media trends, platforms, and updates, and share insights. with the Digital and Content team to improve content.
- Use social media research, listening, and keyword analysis to find opportunities to engage our community and meet needs.
- Regularly analyze competitors, health organizations, and publishers for ideas to inspire and improve content.
- To ensure to create content that would be applicable to run ads as well
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages and enquiries on social media in a timely manner, using brand tone of voice
- ●Foster positive relationships with our community by directly responding to and contributing towards online discussions
- Partnering with KOLs to endorse or promote products, services, or events via social media.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok
- Must be comfortable in being the face of the company
- Able to manage multiple social media accounts
- Sound knowledge of principles of good digital copywriting, particularly for social channels
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills
- Strong design skills and ability to produce visual assets using video editing software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a wide range of media and audience.
