​It's fair to say that the last 6 months have been really unusual for everyone. We've had to adapt, be more flexible than ever before and find ways to be productive and thrive in a lockdown period. Thankfully, we were able to celebrate the end of our financial year this week in two groups, aided by social distancing and Zoom!

Our end of financial year parties are always a great opportunity to reflect on the previous year and set ourselves up for the next. Traditionally, we've headed out to a bar or another venue for the evening - but in these times of COVID-19 we split into two groups and held our festivities across Zoom. After a morning of digesting our achievements from the previous year and reflecting on our goals that we set in our Goal Setting workshop, we broke for lunch and then set off to our hosts for the rest of the day!

This year, our EOFY party coincided with the virtual Asia Recruitment Awards, the annual celebration of recruitment excellence by Human Resources Online. We made the absolute most out of our time together, as some of us have not seen each other since March. We held our own internal awards ceremony, recognising each and every 33er for their 'super powers', celebrating with plaques and merch - including custom made on brand masks. Ultimately, we were just very thankful to spend some time with each other after what has been a very strange few months.
