The Role
Working with the Event Director, your primary responsibility is to manage and organize events including trade and hospitality events, conferences, exhibitions, and virtual/ hybrid events from conception to completion across the Asia Pacific region. You are also expected to:
- Conduct market research, gather information, and develop proposals and presentations for events.
- Negotiate contracts with event vendors including logistics, equipment, entertainment, and venues across the Asia Pacific region.
- Manage on-site operations, production, technical and manpower management to ensure smooth delivery of the physical events
- Create, customize, and configure virtual event pages. Upload content and create custom virtual meeting layouts and event flows.

The person we are looking for is an excellent executor, producer, and client manager all rolled into one.
We are also looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in regional event management - physical, virtual, or hybrid.
We're looking for an Event Manager with demonstrable success in show calling and managing any of the following:
- B2B MICE events/ conferences
- Large-scale tech conferences (up to 5000 people)
- CEO luncheon programs
- Product launches
- Keynote plenaries
