- Collaboration: Coordinate with other development teams to integrate our platform through UI and APIs, and collaborate with architecture and operations teams on network design and operation.

The Experience and Skills…
- Financial Services Expertise: 5+ years of senior-level experience in the financial services sector with extensive coding expertise in Java and Python.
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing and leading teams of software engineers in developing large-scale distributed applications.
- DLT Knowledge: 2+ years of experience working with Distributed Ledger Technology.
- Capital Markets Understanding: Strong knowledge of capital market products such as fixed income, and wealth products including funds and structured products.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity and Java, system security, risk frameworks, and vendor management.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to engage with the latest DLT and Web 3.0 trends, promoting continuous learning and innovation within the team.
